Reimagining the Great Egret
Olaf Hajek kicks off the series with a little lesson in art history.
听More than a century ago, activists saved the Great Egret from the voracious ladies鈥 hat trade in a movement that inspired the original 约炮视频 Society. So it鈥檚 fitting that German artist Olaf Hajek has re-created John James 约炮视频鈥檚 Great Egret as the first in a new series for听约炮视频鈥檚 last page. 鈥淚 wanted to play off the fact that fashion designers and milliners almost exterminated the species,鈥 he says. 鈥溤寂谑悠 helped stop the hunting, and now the Great Egret is safe.鈥澨
