Gabriella Sotelo recently graduated from New York University with a degree in Journalism and Environmental Studies. She wants to put the skills that she learned to work by reporting on stories that are important to her, including conservation issues in Latin American countries and ways to protect threatened species like the Spotted Owl. Sotelo previously interned at The Years Project, and currently spends her time as a researcher on the documentary, Grounded: The Roots of Revolution, and as a freelance writer for Treehugger.com. On the weekends you can find Sotelo developing new baking recipes, reading, or playing games.
