Portia Mastin

Policy Manager, Coastal Conservation

Portia Mastin is the Coastal Conservation Policy Manager for the 约炮视频. Her work focuses primarily on federal laws and policies pertaining to coastal wetland and estuarine conservation and restoration, and promoting nature-based solutions to flood and storm management for coastal community and ecosystem resilience. Portia is located in New Orleans, Louisiana, and also focuses on Gulf coastal policy through work with the . Through her work at 约炮视频, Portia works to make coasts more resilient in the face of climate change for birds and people.

Prior to joining 约炮视频, Portia worked at the Tulane Institute on Water Resources Law and Policy, where she conducted legal policy research on coastal, marine, and freshwater issues. Portia has a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University and J.D. with Certificate of Specialization in Environmental and Energy Law from Tulane University School of Law.
